TERMS OF SERVICE
By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the following terms:
I. PAYMENT
- Commissions must be fully paid upfront. All payment should be made in USD.
- The prices listed only serve as guidelines. I may charge more depending on specific circumstances, such as complex commissions and tight deadlines.
- Prices are subject to change without warning. Payments that have already been fulfilled and invoices that have already been issued are exempt from any price changes.
II. REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
- I will refund you in full only when I am unable to complete your commission for any reason.
- If you cancel a commission during the sketching stage, you will receive a 50% refund. Any commissions cancelled after that stage will not be refunded.
III. COMMISSION PROCESS
- I will only begin work on the commission after payment is received.
- You will be sent an initial sketch to approve and request adjustments as necessary. I will show you the work-in-progress commission a few times before completion.
- You reserve the right to request a minor change (eg: small details, colour changes) three times and a major change (eg: poses) once after the initial sketch is approved. Any subsequent major overhaul will cost an additional 20% of the full commission price, and any subsequent minor overhaul will cost an additional 5%. You will be billed for these changes before they are applied. These will be applied in compound.
- After the final artwork has been rendered, no further changes save for one minor change will be accepted.
IV. RIGHTS AND USAGE PERMISSIONS
- All rights reserved. Do not redistribute, claim, or copy commissioned artwork in any way.
- The commissioner may freely reupload, crop, and use the image for non-commercial means. The commissioner may also edit the image, but only with my explicit permission. Credit is expected and required in these uses. Commercial use is forbidden.
- The commissioner is forbidden from using commissioned artwork for non-fungible tokens (NFTs) or AI generated art programs.
- I am the sole holder of the copyright of the commissioned image, and reserve the right to distribute, reproduce, copy and/or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion. The commissioner reserves the right to request that I do not upload the commissioned image, and I will honour this.
